Default Top 2 facing turn minraise, should I lay this down?

Villain is 64/6/.4..generally pretty bad and I've been value betting him all night. When he minraised me I was kind of suspicious but I thought he might be playing a hand like AQ or AK like this.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($23.45)
SB ($6.15)
BB ($15.10)
UTG ($18.95)
Hero ($36.50)
CO ($31.55)

Preflop: Hero is MP with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.25, 4 folds, UTG calls $1.

Flop: ($2.85) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $2.25, UTG calls $2.25.

Turn: ($7.35) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $6, UTG raises to $12, Hero ?.

instashove against such an opponent, esp if you think he could play ak or aq like that, hell he might even have 6h4h. also he might be getting tired of your betting and used the A as a bluff card

Given he's not that aggressive, I think it's probably best just to bet/call turn, and check/call any non spade river. I don't think we can rule out hands like Qs10s and KsQs from his range. I would only shove if I REALLY had a read on him, but since I don't have any prior experience on this guy, I would just try to hopefully get a cheap showdown on a 3 spade board.

his AF is not high because of his insanely high vpip-low pfr, he might be average aggressive postflop.

He doesn't have that much behind...if I call the turn bet he's got ~3 left and I'm calling the rest off on the river.

It seems like push or fold.

~Sorry, did not see stack sizes, I was assuming 100 BB's from the start lol... now that I see stack sizes, this is an easy push, just like you imagine yourself pushing checks into the bank from this guy

push.. you'd be getting better than 3.5:1 against a very loose opponent.
