AK tptk oop on tough flop

Villain is 21/19/1 over 50 hands. No history other than he 3bet my button open once and I folded. Wasn't sure how to proceed on the flop as it hit a lot of hands in his range. Whats your line and why?

i usually bet 27~ ish here just to take the pot down, works most of the time... without any reads, i would fold vs any actions...

I'd bet about $42. $27 seems too weak.
