Ya you gotta make him pay for reraising you what are you waiting for? Think how the hand would have went against a better player who just smooth called knowing their draw was only about 30% to come in. A good player would have won less and you would have saved more. Gotta punish bad plays.

Push flop, no two ways about it. two tone flops with someone raising -- he's calling with what you hope he has 2pr or set of 7s, and if he calls with bare flush draw or less, great. In general, bet flop harder too unless you're trying to induce -- which you have. But know your villain if that's the case.
