UltimateBet Deposit Problem

I used the gift2go prepaid visa, my card balance with them says zero and that 50 was sent to Ultimate, they dont show anything, we are working on it. Anyone else have any problems with Ultimate Bet?

I heard that Gift 2 Go took away deposit options to poker sites.

that may be, but this transaction went through, Ultimatebet is saying they dont have it

still no answer, I have not heard anything since Monday, Ive asked for some status reports but have heard nothing, getting Mad
