Turn call is brutal.

What are you ahead of that raises UTG? You're not getting odds to hit your flush.

NH until the turn though.

is there any other line, besides mine that's a better approach to this hand?
i've got around 15 outs... still not a call?

I don't think you can assume your A and K outs are good against an UTG raiser. I think at best you have 12 outs and 1 card to come. You need 3-1 to make this call. But even with correct odds you will see better spots to get your chips in.

The only other lines are to raise or fold PF and I don't really like either. A/K is too good to fold and if you RR PF you can't call a push as UTG shoves at this level usually indicate a monster.

So your line is the only one I can see....until the turn of course.

I think if you were going to go all the way with this hand you have to go massive over bet and jam it up on the flop when you have the flush draw + overs with 2 cards to come. I don't think you can call off all your chips with possibly just 9 outs and one pull of the deck. I like not reraising PF and putting urself in a tough spot but playing it carefully and then all of a sudden deciding to put all your money in with one card to come seems like a bad idea to me. Still I prolly don't jam the flop as aformentioned and just muck the turn although im not too happy about it.

As played the turn is a clear fold, its far from sure that u have more than 9 outs and u are getting poor odds.

But I kinda like a raise on the flop to 700,planning to get my money in.His flop bet looks weak and u are showing great strength then,so that the people behind need a great hand to join.

People suck at poker. You give them way too much credit by folding AKs to an UTG raise. The pre-flop call is fine. Raising bloats the pot when we don't know where we are in the hand yet. Folding is ridiculous.

After COs shove on the turn, I don't think all your outs are clean. Your flush outs are the only ones you can be certain are clean. Definitely folding to the turn shove.

Who said anything about folding PF? I think the call the best play against UTG.

And no they don't always have AA or KK, but you should give UTG raises more respect than ones from later positions.

r/r pf. i like to punish minraisers at every opportunity. makes it an easier shove on the flop also.
