Default $6.50 ITM w/ KQ from sb

I am just not sure what is going on with my game.

Anyhow, as I recall...

BTN approx t2000
SB (Hero) approx t5000
BB approx t6500

Blinds 100/200

Btn folds, Hero (KQo) raises to t500, BB shoves, Hero?

I had a similar stack to BB but have been card dead and just folding a ton. Big stack has been open betting a lot, but not necessarily raising.

call or fold? Anything wrong w/ my initial bet of t500?

your raise pf is fine
i fold to the shove and wait for a better spot
you will be dominated by AK, AQ, ...
dont risk your nice stack with KQ

Initial raise is fine, I may flat call here though. Definately fold. you really need to be picking on the blinds of the BTN with only about 10BB's. And if the BB is playing really agg you have enough chips to take a nap for a lil while too.

I'd probably fold in your situation. If your starting stack had been 3k or less, I'd be more inclined to vote for a call. Unless you got some kind of read telling you this guy might be doing this with napkins, its hard call and expect to be a favourite against many hands in his range.

I fold it .EVen against the reraise range of a total joker kqo
isnt exactly a monster.U have over 20 BB left after the fold,so no need to hurry.

I call preflop (out of position). and play nice with the CL with a short stack in the mix. As played, i fold the hand instantly to that push.
