Villain is playing 33/18/1.27

Their river bet just looked like a value bet to me and didn't really want to call it, especially considering they are quite passive. Should I call here or what? I don't think I beat much, I can't see them doing it with top pair etc.

You are beat by 68s, 75 s, 74s the kind of hand this kind of vilain likes (without taking care of odds, they will call a one way pot with these rubbish) 77, 55, 44 and 22 and overpairs as I always say, even if you would have won this one you lost USD 4 out of your 27 stack, you are not in a tournament, not in a hurry I would wait for a better spot and fold.

We beat 75s and 74s since the 2 came and counterfeited 2 pair hands. I lean more towards a call because of it.
