Nothing wrong with a push based on stack size vs. blinds in any of the scenarios, but why in the hell do you want to get it all in in hands 1 & 3? These are bottom 20% (or worse) hands. Yes, you have better fold equity in position because fewer people are left to act, but you have to figure when you are pushing that sometimes your hand is going to have to play. You're unsuited, unconnected, unpaired and have no high cards. You have a few hands before you have to pay a blind again. You can afford to wait for something better.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of your regular opponents have some notes about your pushing range and you get more calls as a result.

1 - def fodl i say as you have a really weak hand not justifying to push
2 - ok
3 - maaaaeeee .. dont really like i twith a bb that big ... he has a huge range for calling also due to his odds and as he knows you will push super light

good point, sometimes i forget about my perception that i have from other tournaments which might lead to some loose calls. Getting it in with 8 high isnt always the best solution.

I think these are all fine. Also, I don't think you should worry about people from previous tournaments having notes on you at this level, the players pool is just too large, and not that many people are taking notes on their opponents.

in hands one and three, I think you may have some equity from fold equity, but it is pretty darn thin. Since you get to see several more free hands, why not wait for a face card to push?

This is along the lines of what I was thinking but I think #3 is closer than #1.

Hand 1 is a much better push than 3 because of stack sizes. I push 1 and 2 and fold 3. In hand 1 those guys have stacks where they can generate pretty substantial FE when they push, but if they call you and lose they're totally crippled. When I have a stack size their size I'd be calling very tight, since losing those chips is a total disaster. You have maximum FE against those guys, so pushing ATC seems very reasonable. Obviously you push hand 2. In hand 3 you have a SB with 900 chips after he posts...he's so short he has to get involved with anything decent. Then, you have a big blind with almost 5x your stack...he can call you with a huge range as well.

I would say top 25% of hands. This is my first shove at the table and first shove anyone has had preflop. I realize his large stack might induce some loose calls, but i havent seen anyone call loose preflop.
