He could have a random Queen or an Ah3 or Ah7

Since he is short stacked - so I probably check raise the turn all-in on a non-heart or queen turn.

Do you think you are beat here over 50% of the time -

If that's in his range we;re much better off 3 betting AI, because i think he's rarely betting the turn with this hands,

I think that this is a ridiculously easy shove given how he only has 30 bbs pf. If he has the flush, gg bbv.

You have odds to go for teh house. call/evaluate turn (you have position on him).
