My Image is pretty TAG and Pacmann seems solid and Tio hasn't done anything out of line but seems a little donkish. I think Tio's range his heavily weighted toward AK/AQ. I would say Pacman's range is probably 77+ AQ+ and Tio's is AQ+ JJ QQ with a much higher probability of AK AQ.

I fold this anways there isnt that much in the pot you have invested and you are still in rather good shape with 15BB+

The call from Tio is most likely AA or KK hoping you come into the pot as well. I wouldn't be so worried about Pacman's raise, and if it was folded around to you, you have an easy call. I don't have Poker Stove on this PC, but I don't think you can call the raise. I think you are drawing to 2 outs most of the time here. Only on the off chance would you be up against an underpair and two overcards.
