Well, you're losing to QQ+ and AK...easy fold imo unless you have some sort of read.

why are you betting this flop? i dont see what it accomplishes. worse hands fold, better hands call or raise. also, when this villain calls your large 3 bet (which i think is good OOP) you have to put him on a pretty tight range.
