Using IMDb's Movie Keywords Analyzer, the only possibly matching movie that contained both the keywords 'camp' and 'rape' would be Summer Camp Nightmare from 1987, but it seems a bit unlikely that you would take that for a 2000-2004 movie.
The only possible candidate I could find with 'camp' as a keyword in the period 2000-2004 were Happy Campers, but I doubt that's it. PS! More info on the movie!

[/ QUOTE ] i said camp sounded familiar however im not sure if the word camp is in the title sorry lol...but all i know about the movie it was made in the early 2000s and its about this dude that has a fire temper and this lead him to beat a kid unconcious at a baseball game and this got him thrown into this camp like place for teen crimanls i say camp because this was on a lake and they got to go swimming and do lots of things this was a dark sad drama and only scens i remember was the begining where he beat the kid with the bat... and how he raped a girl blugend a fat kid in the bathroom lol....and slit some kids throat at the very end and tim meadows keeps coming back to me as being a counsler in this movie depite what imdb said i know he was in this.....thats about it
