NL 25 AJ turns two pair in 3 bet pot

Villian had been raising alot and I started 3 betting him lighter.
The main question for this thread is if I missed some value here.
My thoungs on the hand:
Pre flop: 3bet because villian had been raising a lot
Flop: I check this flop to induce bluffs and I don't want to get re raised on this flop because my hand can't stand much heat.
Turn: I bet turn for value because I now have 2 pair.
River: This is were I think I missed value. Think I should have made a half pot valuebet here.

I don't mind the flop check - there's no care cards for us really, but plz bet the river -you have top 2 in 3bet pot although admittedly vs TT-KK, AQ+ you beat AQ/QQ. Since you've been 3betting him his range is wider so you beat more.

River bet is easy vbet when he checks to you and worth 36bbs ~ 400 hands @ 5ptbb/100
