Default 50NL; A9 unraised pot on A5593 board

Villian is 24/9.5/2 postflop agg. over 300 hands.

Was there enough there for that raise on the river? Is this a must fold after his 3bet?

There is no equity in raising the river here, if anything I lead the turn to see where I'm at.

If I'm villain I'm betting a 5 very similar to this. I'd have just called the river. I think it's an easy fold once you get to that point, unless there is some kind of history.

you waited too long for that cr, i would have definitely cr'd the flop to see where i was and would've probably gotten a fold there, if he called i would have to lead out on the turn and fold to any raise but would've definitely avoided the problem you had on the river

Ok thanks guys....guess I shoulda just called. I thought I could still get some more value from an A. Of course I folded the river....I guess he had a 5.

Definitely just call the river. You aren't getting value from much worse.
