I called the PF raise because I was sure I could get raiser AI after the flop if I hit a set, and there was dead money on the table. (I'm open to suggestions about a fold here).
My real question regards the flop: we have an underpair, and are in middle position after checking. I didn't want to bet out against two villains. Thoughts? Flop check is standard, fold is good here

Stack sizes? Preflop is standard. Fold flop, quickly.

Yeah I'm in agreement with the above, I'd give it a PF call, a check on the flop, and a fold to a bet of $2.50.

Stack: I have about ten $, villain had about 4,5. I was getting about 10:1 implied odds pf, hence the call.

this is very close preflop, mucking wouldn't be bad and really depends on how much the limpers had in their stacks.
