Default PF CCing ranged depending on opponents...

Ur on CO or BTN and theres a raise and folds to you...

18/15 raises 3.5xbb UTG-UTG+1, you're on CO, what's ur calling range? If you're on the btn does it change ur range?

Now you're in the same situation but say it's a 40/25 who raised. What's you're 3 betting and calling ranges?

Depends on the players postflop play. In the 2nd case on his positional awareness. And on the blinds/button.
Tbh, there are types of 18/15 players out there that are so enormously bad postflop that calling/raising with anything decent is +EV if the remaining players are tight.
