Ok...He's loose preflop, but what about postflop? I'd probably give in and call the river, I can't see a hand that beats you...If he also calls a lot postflop at least.

If I didn't know if he calls a lot postflop, I'd check the turn for pot control and bet the river.

You sound like you can't read him, so why are you putting money in on the turn too? Do you think he's doing this with a draw on a Q43 rainbow board? Just check the turn and valuebet/blockbet the river.
