My thoughts are:

set/QT/KQ/AQ/KK/AA are very unlikely because he didn't reraise at any point.

98/JT/QJ/AK all got there, but AK seems unlikely (or does it?)

J9/KJ are definite possibilities and the river shove might have just been because of Hero's river check.

Well it looks like he has a draw by the way he played it. If he did have a set or 2 pair he would have re-raised somewhere along the lines.

On the river ll of his possible draws hit. I think he has a straight here. I FOLD.
