Default 100nl: Nut flush river decision

Almost the same as the hand I just posted except I'm 150bb deep and villain is 60/25/1.

Against this villain i see myself paying off. This is a slowplayed lone 9, a worse flush or a pathetic bluff often enough imo. Once again i'd bet more on the flop. Checking the turn vs said villain is fine.
