Renton,

you sure think a lot of players play "too tight". In your opinion, what VPIP is too tight? I find it somewhat hard to believe that the main and blunty (for example) are far from the 15% that you are at?

[/ QUOTE ]

vpip doesn't really concern me. pfr is the more important number. IMO if your pfr isn't over 8 or 9 you aren't raising a wide enough range.

I wonder what the average winrate is for the players listed above. I'd love to see how I stack up against the better regs, because I honestly have no idea if these guys absolutely crush 1/2 or if they are just ok winners.

lol most of those guys are losing

Not getting mentioned in this thread should be taken as a compliment for your ability to win money and remain unnoticed.

I've havn't really played with Renton in a while -- Anyhow, I've really worked on my preflop game this month, and feel much improved.
I'm aware my preflop game still has some leaks, but I'm still winning at a decent clip as I improve.

Yep I am surprised not one person second my idea about asking 2+2 to make certain forums here only able to be read if you are registered and have at least one post on 2+2

Ithink having private forums on 2+2 is idiotic.

if you are that scared about giving advice away cheaply to the lurkers then stop posting it all together.

If you want a private forum where you can regulate who gets what information then make a forum of your own.

The people who "want" to learn and actively try to learn are going to anyways.

People like me who dillusion themselves with thoughts of getting better but are too lazy to take action will still beable to get access but we'll still end up crappy in the end.

First of all, I am on the list, second of all, I'm certainly not offended. I realize I'm nothing special and just play part time, but would also be curious to know what people's winrates are. I have run at about 2.5 PTbb/100 after like 150K hands at 1/2.
