I just did a withdrawl through moneybookers and it took about an hour I'd never deposited with moneybookers before

I tried to do the same thing, but they told me I couldn't since I had never deposited with MB. I thought they should have cut me some slack since my original money transfer method, Neteller, was no longer an option since I'm in Canada.

I mentioned, in this thread, that I was satisfied with the "check by regular mail" method of withdrawal from UB.

I live in Canada, and four withdrawals took 8, 9, 12, and 15 days to reach me. (All were for between $450-$550)

However, I am no longer satisfied because a 5th check (for $618) has never come. It has been 43 days now. After three weeks I emailed support about it and got a canned response about 15 business days being normal, but it depending on mail service in my location, etc.

After 30 days, I wrote again, and was told that I could request a stop payment on the check only if 40 days had elapsed.

Well, three days ago was 40 days, so I wrote and asked that a stop payment be put on the check and that the funds be returned to my account.

Yesterday, having heard nothing from UB, I wrote support again and asked if they has gotten my request.

They still have yet to reply to either e-mail. The times that I wrote to express my concern about not receiving the check after 21 and 30 days, they replied each time within six hours, but now they seem to prefer stalling.

They're not stalling, just very inept. I've had a missing check in limbo w/ them going on 90 days now. You need to get ePassporte.

This is an update of my post of July 20, 2007 regarding non-receipt of a check from Ultimate Bet.

They still have not replied to the emails that I sent them last week about not having been paid after 40 days, but they certainly must have said something to their processor, because I was surprised to receive something from a courier and it turned out to be the check!

It was annoying having to wait six weeks, but sending the check by courier does indicate good will on their part, so I have no longer have any issue with UB. (but will be using Moneybookers in the future).

1) US
2) Check by Courier
3) $5000
4) 7/5/2007 8 am EST
5) 7/11/2007 1 to 5 pm EST (FedEx)

$25 buck fee but so worth the speed of the WD.

Also had a similar fast cashout in March by regular mail.

I had security check nonsense but it was resolved by a dude named randy at cashier@ultimatebet.com claimed he was the boss... Called me by PHONE (Wow UB welcome to the 21st Century) Sent it requested items whole thing took about 12 hours to resolve.

1) Canada
2) Check by Courier
3) $4000USD
4) 7/19/2007
5) 7/26/2007 (FedEx)

Pretty quick and the cheque was drawn on a Canadian Western Bank so there shouldn't be a hold on it BUT...Jesus, the check was only for $4068CAD. xe.com says that $4000USD should be around $4208CAD as of today. Brutal exchange rate.
