Play @ your own risk, buyer beware, blah, blah, blah. Your slippery slope argument is about as weak as beatme1's defense 'watch me play, I play the same way live'. This issue is so dead. Reputable sources (mods) from this site corroborated FTP evidence and methods, case closed.

Where, exactly, were the results of this corrobration posted? I've been looking for it for weeks. Maybe it's buried in this giant thread, but one would think they would be shouting it from the rooftops.

Quick input to an important thread:

The talk of very damning evidence point to BeatMe not passing a bot test, ie. not typing in the letters presented on a pop-up within the software.

If that is the case - and they afterwards sat down at the table, and BeatMe immediately began playing - then yes, that would be very damning evidence.

They also could have concluded chip dumping took place, but why would they not write that in the email exchange?

One more time, can someone please point me to the actual damning evidence, and not just to the talk of the damning evidence?

You are asking for a volunteer to type in your searches?

FTPDoug sent me a long email summing up most of the anecdotal evidence against Beatme and the chain of alleged bots that they shut down. He did not show me any of the hard evidence from Support...just a summary of the case so far. One piece of evidence in particular that is not mentioned here is particularly damning. It definitely goes beyond MrGatorade's initial accusations (although they obviously played a role in bringing it to FTP's attention).

If I were a FTP representative, based on the information Doug told me I would confiscate the funds of everyone involved as well.

Just read the whole thing.

Seems like after the Sharkscope Av. ROI was addressed by Beatme1 and Guildwulf posted the summery of FTPDougs report Beatme1 stopped posting here.

Isn't there a way that as soon as bot activity is suspected that the website could have some sort of message come up on the screen that requires a human eye to read and respond to it - like those little do-hickeys images that are like 6 characters long that you have to type out when loggin into an online account. Seems like a simple fix.

Beatme probably got on FT's bad side by accusing others of using bots. Naturally they don't want bot using rumors to get out of hand, so they weigh the options -

A) Get rid of her now and take some short term flack for it
or
B) Let her continue to infect the site by perpetuating bot rumors.

To them it is an easy decision, regardless of whether Beatme uses a bot or not.

Beatme wasnt using a bot because a woman would be incapable of writing code that complex. Or else 'she' is a man....which could be possible I suppose.
