need more info but to answer what you asked-- about 50 to 1 if the two of you play awhile on the internet. i know that isnt what you want to hear.

It's easy . The probability player one gets dealt aces or kings is 12/1326 . Given that player one is dealt one of these pocket pairs , the probability player 2 is dealt the other pair is 6/1225 . Now just multiply to get 12/1326*6/1225 , whatever that is .

I was about to tell you that you had this wrong... turns out we get the same answer using different methods. I guess I was taught to approach these problems differently.

If it helps OP, or anyone, here is how I get to the same answer.

There are two scenarios where AA vs. KK, H/U, is possible:

1) Player 1 has AA where Player 2 has KK
2) Player 1 has KK where Player 2 has AA

That translate to

2*{[6/1326]*[6/1225]} = 12/270725

Do you want to know, before cards are delt, the chance of the next hand being an AA vs KK situation?
Or do you want to know what the chances are of the other guy having the other pair if you pick up AA/KK?

If you have KK, the probability that you are up against AA is just (4/50)*(3/49) or about 1 time in 204.
