Re: ATs 3bet from BB... standard??
id probably play it exactly the same. Pushing turn would be fun but TBH i dunno if that is a +EV play...interested to see if anyone takes a different line

Re: ATs 3bet from BB... standard??
A few comments on this hand. First of all it doesnt look like a "float" on the flop because he didnt try to steal on the turn when you checked. I'd put him on an 8, a J, 9T for a straight draw or a flush draw. If he has a big hand on the turn (like a set or two pair) there is no way he checks with all those draws. By the river you showed so much weakness with 2 checks that he really cant expect you to call a big bet yet he makes a big bet anyways. Does this opponent bet big to look like a bluff with a big hand? Does this opponent bluff missed draws big? Does he make slim value bets? He probably isnt betting a J on the river so big so he either has an 8 or a missed draw. Depending on answers to my questions it is highly likely your ace high is good.
