Default 2-4nl help me get better at playing flop 2 pairs, 3 hands

hand 1: no reads on villian, effective stacks are $400
utg limps, everyone folds, i call on sb with J3o, bb checks.
flop: (Kc Jc 3s) i bet 12 then bb raises to 36, utg folds i call.
turn: (4d) i check he bets 64 i call
river: (8d) i check he bets 152

hand 2: no real reads on villian except hes been playing aggressive in last 20 min, in this hand his betting amount was very strange and didnt know what to do, effective stacks are $385
btn raises to 12, sb calls i call in bb with 5s7s.
flop7d 8s 5d) sb bets 16 and i raise it to 62, btn folds. then sb reraises to 132 and i call.
turn: (Jc)sb bets 80 i call
riverAc) sb bets 108

hand 3: i have some history with villian and he is a good winning player. i havent beat him in a big pot for like last 100hours i played. he probably has pychological advantage over me and he knows that. effective stacks are $400

i raise to 16 with AsAc utg and btn calls, everyone else folds
flop Ks 3h 6d) i bet 30 he makes it 88 i call)
turn: (2d) he bets 122 and i move all in
