i knew someone that this happened to on stars when neteller was still around.

In basic terms, this is how the emails back and forth with support went.

Him: Hey you guys paid me twice during my last cashout
Them: No, no we didnt
Him: No really, check the logs you paid me twice
Them: No, no we didnt
Him: I cashed out X, and i got 2X, you paid me twice.
Them: we didnt pay you twice
Him: Ok fine ill keep it
