Berate me for my 77 on button play. Mid-tourn stage.

This is a 3r. Villain is 30/7.5 through 40 hands. He lost a pretty big pot for about 1/3 of his stack to player on my direct right. He then restole with a push over someone who 2.5x raised from MP1 (looks to be playing very wrecklessly/aggressive since losing a decent part of his stack.)

We are left with about 500 players. Pays 396 (not that it matters to make a measly 18 bucks). Uhhm... so onto the hand.

Plz lemme hear it. My guess is I had a couple of chances to make better plays, and possibly win this hand. I got gun shy and wish there was do-overs.

I don't see anything wrong with the play. The idea is to see a flop cheap and maybe hit trips. You played it the way it's supposed to be played....see a flop, fold if you don't improve.
