Default How often do quads run into quads?

I don't play PLO too often, so I'm not sure, but I'm wondering if I've misplayed this by not betting the pot on the turn, or just calling his check-raise on the river.

4-handed, $0.01/$0.02

Me = BB (9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img])
UTG (seat 1) limps, SB limps, I check

Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
SB checks, I bet $0.06, seat 1 calls, SB folds.

Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
I check, seat 1 checks.

River: J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Seat 1 checks, I bet $0.10.
Seat 1 raises to $0.40, I re-raise to $1.25.
Seat 1 makes the minimum raise to $2.10, I call.

Seat 1 shows J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
