Beat: Getting the runaround Ordering books from ConJelCo

Six days ago (june 29, 2007) I used the 2+2 order form to place an order for 6 books. I used to pay by Neteller when buying, but that option is now closed. I elected to call in my credit card to 1-800-492-9210 right after i got confirmation that my order was placed. Order number 070629XXXXX
The person on the phone said that he could not find the order number anywhere in the system. I said that I just ordered it 5 minutes ago and maybe it might take a few minutes for the order to show up.

I called back the next day to pay for the order and the person on the phone did not say ConJelCo, but used another company name. He said that he was just an order taker for several companies. I explained I wanted to pay
for my order placed on-line. He put me on hold, then when he came back he said that he did not have a place for that on his screen and that he was just an order taker. He asked for my name and phone number and told me that someone from ConJelCo would call back. That was Five days ago. I know that yesterday was a holiday, but that is no excuse for such poor service.
The person at ConJelCo should have called back RIGHT AWAY to take payment.
Something is also definitely wrong if the person that I talk to at the number listed on the 2+2 order form has no way of taking my payment information.

I am thinking maybe I got the new donkament in a call center in India and maybe somone with more experience might be able to help me. So I call again today the 1-800 number and they say the same thing.. give me your number and I will get the head office (ConJelCo) to call you.
I say what is the number of the head office... they give it to me 412-621-6040.
So I call the head office number and get put in a waiting list to talk to the next rep.... 5 minutes later, they answer and then I get the same run around.
Turns out that I am talking to the same order desk because they guess "the main office must be busy so you got transfered here"

tried calling again 10:30AM pst 412 number( head office).. same guy answered the phone.. (order desk)
I am going to email them tonight if they dont call me in the next 12h.
