Re: Another AA hand commer 10-20 flop set on monotone board
only a very very very tricky player would check call the whole way with a flush, even checking the river. you almost never see this type of line in a casino. although i usually play 5/10 in casinos, i doubt even 10/20 players are tricky enough to check call all the way down with a better hand than you.

i like thinking for a while and bettin 1500 again on the river. there is almost no way he is laying down any pair to that bet.

Re: Another AA hand commer 10-20 flop set on monotone board
i think a quick all-in will get called by a lot here. In his mind he prolly will think you wouldn't shove in with just AK/AQ, and you either have nothing or the nuts, and based on previous hands with him it seems like he will likely put you on nothing and call with a wide range.

this looks like AX with spade... probably something like A Js. i can't imagine he's going to fold the river. shove for value. if he fropped the frush, find a bridge and jump.

You are ahead.
He is afeared for his life. Personally I put him on some kind of weak 2 pair. The pot's so big he's not folding anything decent. Shove, get called, then either celebrate your win or berate him for playing a small flush in that fashion. |
