I mean... you won't be winning any fashion contests. Or balla contests. The only cool part is you appear to be working from home, which calls to mind the question, why wear the jacket at all? (Or any clothes for that matter.)
PS please refresh your memory of basic clothing articles and their names. "A vest is a type of SLEEVELESS upper-body garment."
