Winning a donkament when you're almost completely broke would be all that I can think of right now. Making a stupid degenerate bet in the pit because you're stuck more than you're comfortable with and winning is pretty nice too.

Getting stoned after not smoking for a few months is super fun too, but I wouldn't take it over getting laid after not getting any pussy for a few months so it doesn't qualify. Basically, my gambling addiction is the only thing I can think of that really gives me experiences I'd categorize as better than sex.
