wtf? minraises in the bb should be called with ATC

[/ QUOTE ]sb...BIG DIFFERENCE. Also 3-betting is terrible.

minraise at 10 nl = atc. I'm raising to make an actual raise.

folding KQo in the SB is pretty weak tight. because you're scared to play OOP doesnt mean you can abandon doing it, it means you mustl earn how to do it profitably.

I entirely agree with you...except the 3-betting part.

so if you agree a minraise isnt equal to an actual raise, then it's more like betting for protection rather than calling a wtfminraise OOP that leaves you wtf on every street thereafter. when in doubt, i show aggression.

I don't agree that it is any 2 cards that minraise. If the minraiser doesn't fold preflop the coldcaller isn't either and playing this hand OOP against 2 people sucks ass.

i 3bet a fair amount and continually get folds in situations like this. people think 3bets = nutz out of teh blinds.

and who cares if neither fold? i'm way ahead of their range, let em call with trash all day long, i stay getting value.

if you think villain's range is so tight pf that you would fold KQ, then you can't be too excited about holding tpgk.

3 bet is a -EV play. Id rather do it on the button than on the SB. You are just building a big pot out of position with a potentially dominated hand.
as played.. i lead out on the turn..
