Default 10NL; AQs nfd on a paired board

Villain is 39/12/1.5 over 300 hands
the other 2 behind me seem like fish with 55 vp$ip over about 50 hands
Villain views me as TAG
i didn't really put much thought into this hand when i was playing it, but i didn't want to raise and have to make a hard decision on the turn and i didn't want to just call.

Raise preflop, pushing a FD on a paired board doesn't look like the best option.
I would make a normal 3bet instead of this huge overbet.

a 39/12 raises UTG to 5xBB, should i really be 3betting pf with AQs?

You damn sure shouldn't be calling, either. Pick one.
