I requested 3 checks from ftp. I have received the second and third, but not the first yet. I requested the first on 6/21, the second on 6/24, and the last 6/28. Why do you guys think this might be?

I emailed them on thurs. and they haven't gotten back to me yet. I sent them another one a few minutes ago.
