How do you download "The Circuit" to your Ipod??

For some reason I cant figure this out, but could someone please tell me how to download Cardplayer's "The Circuit" to my ipod. thanks

update your ipod, it should be on there if not you might need to update the software on your ipod

yeah I know that but how do i get it to itunes before i put it on my ipod

Go to iTunes.

Select ---> Advanced.

Select ---> Subscribe to Podcast

Paste ---> http://www.cardplayer.com/rss/the_circuit.xml

Select ---> OK

Download, sync and enjoy.

Or if you already have the mp3 on your hard drive, then you can go to File, Add File to Library, and then select the shows on your HD.
