Read One of a Kind about a month ago and enjoyed it quite a lot. I knew some stuff about him but there was stuff in there that was really amazing.

Think it is the same book, with a different title (UK version is Man Behind the Shades).

Agreed. Such a disappointment. One Of A Kind was a truly amazing read, I wish High Roller could have done his life the same kind of justice.
