Its because so many guys, once they are in long term relationships/marriage always give up their power. If you never give women the opportunity to tell you you cant go out, you will never have the problem.. Just dont be an [censored] about it and choose the guys every time over your girl

Go to the local SPCA during volunteer dog walking. The one here is mostly all girls age 20-40. Walk a dog and chat the whole time, they likely have their guard down as well and you look like you care about things other than yourself. Not to mention its great for the dogs and they really need the attention.

Try dance classes. Never done this myself, but I've heard they usually have great sausage to donut ratios and probably a more refined crowd than your typical bar.
