Default nitty move?

the reason that i called the river bet was, it was a multiway pot, and he didnt seem to be scared of a flush. Is it wrong to not be scared of a boat here? With so many in :/ .

I'm value betting the river, ~24 or so. When you get shoved, that's the real decision. I'd probably fold and hate it, but I think it's pretty close in a multiway, minraised pot.

I guess its ok, I mean you dont even have the nut flush, not to mention a likely straight flush.

I'm torn apart between betting or calling on the river. I think a c/c is too nitty, but we don't want to invest more than pot on the river.

It's close but I'd probably bet, the extra value that you get by a bet ouf of a straight/lower flush/trips makes up for the times when we lose to a boat/higher-flush.

I agree with C4LL4W4Y by leading out on the river with a valuebet. Think by c/c the river you give up value.
