Easy fold to the 2x pot overbet on the river. I like betting more on the flop, too - more like $50 than $40.

40 on the flop is totally fine. cbets can and should be a bit smaller in 3bet pots on non-drawy boards.

Anyways, if you have been 3betting him light and have history, I think a bet on the turn or river is good - since after you check both streets there is like nothing you can have that can call a bet and if he's good he'll know that and just blow you off the hand. However, with no history, I would definitely fold as played to that sized river bet.

I would likely bet the turn again even against an unknown. What ace could he have? Exactly AQ is the only one that makes any sense. There's like no more calling value to get from JJ/TT on this board, but, it will make life easy. If you get a call or a raise on the turn it's easy c/f mode from there.
