Its a Call but honestly I've stop playing 1/2 because 8 dollars raise to them is like .80 cents. They probably called with 10 4 off suit.

However, sometimes you get a table so tight a 2 dollar raise is like a 20 dollar raise. 1/2 NL is just too volatile, Hell a 2/5 NL table is volatile
