Default 100NL - AK facing re-raising of my re-raise

I know this is sort of a noobish question, but I'm fairly new to cash. This is a standard fold after his re-raise, right? He hasn't been out of line, but I have a very aggressive image at this table.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG+1 ($44.90)
MP1 ($95.45)
MP2 ($96.50)
CO ($100)
Hero ($100.85)
SB ($132.25)
BB ($116.60)
UTG ($32.05)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $12</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $35</font>, Hero ??
