Shove, because your equity when called is still near 50%, as you have 12 to 15 outs vs. an overpair. Add in fold equity (you never know!) and it is the correct move given the $30 dead money in play. I

Yes he may have a set, but your fold equity is pretty good here. He could be just finding out where he is on the hand with 1010/JJ ish, and if he has a hand like 76hh or andother flush draw, you are actually favourite.
Even vs a set, you will win 25% ish, not too sure on the exact figure

Very good guess. He is 25.6% vs 99.

He has 43% equity vs a range of a set, TT+ and KhQh

mix it up

reads help. The more aggressive the more likely you shove, the more passive, the more likely you call. Both plays have a lot of merit. Shoving is probably more favorable just because you are out of position.
