Villian is 40/14/1.5

Seems really [censored], constantly calling my raises etc. Hasnt really played back at me though yet.

just saw his AF is pretty low...I play flop the same and I guess you can call 40 also, river if he offers you a cheap showdown with a small bet, take it.

if you 3bet flop you cant be folding.

i think i just call turn and call a smallish river bet 67 just got there on the turn, and this could be a set alot too.

Yea I guess you could flat call the 40, shoving in that spot gets called by a very narrow range IMO. Only problem is you look so weak he might really well bluff the river.
The 4 is a bad card since it completes a straight too. As played I'd take the same line leetzor offers.
What you think about bet folding the turn for about $55 ?
