beginning of 2007 = january
now = july

it is not unreasonable that someone can learn to beat 200nl within six months.

perhaps the poor reasoning in this thread is why beating 200nl is so unattainable for you.

I even never ever played poker or even heard of texas NL holdem, untill a vacation in the US. There i saw poker on the telly (WSOP).....5 month's later i was multitabling 400nl, for more then 8 hours a day. So it's possible.

What me concerns is that she (or he) did get a ban....lately i played a lot of 200nl (because there are almost non 400nl tables on party)

I played a lot against jetsetgirl....so is mine question: am i the next person who gets a ban because i'm a regulair on party who plays a lot (multitabling)?

Good job Party Poker... Im sorry you lost your $4,000 and I hope you get that back, however I am 100% against PT or HUD or PokerAce or whatever you guys use. I dont think any poker site should allow any program at all, and if you do use a program, they have the right to take your money without notice. Good job Party Poker, I hope US friendly sites do this more often.

Umm, don't you think she should know that these are banned prior to the seizure of her money?

FWIW, I created DeMonster...

I am a US citizen therefore can no longer play on Party Poker therefore I stopped supporting DeMonster when Party booted its US players.

The DeMonster AHK script as I left it did not block any type of bot checks so this is invalid.

If they insist you are a bot (and I am giving you the benefit of the doubt because I know nothing more than your OP). Try sending them all of the software that you are using (PT, PAH & DeMonster) and see if this situation can be resolved.

You are best speaking with someone higher up then their lowest Indian support though...

C'mon who do you think you're fooling. Nobody who has never played (online) before could learn within a couple of months to 8 table for 8 hours.

This is basic critical analysis.
We are not getting the full story from the OP.

This just supports my general theory...
That from a financial perspective...
The Casino view is Poker Pro = Bot.

Pros/Bots both scare off Customers...
Pros/Bots both transfer wealth from Casino.

It will become virtually impossible to distinguish between the 2 groups.

And because Pros + Bots = maybe 2-3% of Customers...
So it's only a matter of time...
Before ANY account playing long hours and winning...
Will be neutralized.

And don't just knee-jerk say "It can't happen"...
US laws banning internet poker "could never happen".

Last year in like October, I decided at one point to play poker seriously, as opposed to just messing around now and then on weeknights or whatever, and I sat one day at 9 cash tables and played for hours, and probably put in about 4 times more hands that month alone than I had the entire 2-3 years I have had online accounts. It's totally possible, and quite likely if someone tries it and gets into it and addicted to the money.
