I hate the 3-bet for free card HU in this spot. HATE IT!

If you 3-bet the flop you should bet the turn brick as it is likely that a) you still have the best hand and want to put in the bet on the turn not the river and b) you can possibly get a fold from a low pair.

Obviously this depends on reads on villain. But if you cant achieve either of these two things with a turn bet you should not 3-bet the flop and prevent getting 4-bet with your draw or having to call a turn donk.

This is one of those hands where I would be checking his c/r on the flop ratio. A lot of guys will c/r this flop with any pair. In that case I like the flop but hate the turn. If he doesn't c/r raise the flop much then I probably just call the flop and go from there.

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of this hand. Free card plays aren't really ever a good idea in a HU situation, you're almost always better off pushing your fold equity on the turn. Especially when you have a very weak draw like this.
