Ok.. So I emailed them about them giving the wrong fkn price. I get the 3 dice- and it says I win $5 (should be 50).. Its been over 48 hours and I have received absolutely no contact..
I did attach that same pic above because I didn't get my own screen shot..
Should I try ringing them? this blows..
Usually their email support is very fast- so they are obv ignoring the email..

Had the same problem. Send email to Party support and never got a reply. After a few days I sent an email to vip@partypoker.com and the 45$ got credited within two hours.

Just sent them an email.. got this:

I have won 2 time 50$

and had the same fkn problem than others
there system did not give me 50$ but only 5$
when you make a promotion make sure at least the minimum is working fine like the prizes payouts dam!

they gave me quite fast the first 45$

but i am still waiting for the second 45$ for 60 hours now
i am send 3 emails already

i hope i did not get rob by them

have the feeling i won get an answer from them
