Help With PDA/Pocket PC

I searched through and read 3 or 4 past threads about this, but I didn't find what I'm looking for. So...

I searched for previous posts on this topic, but all I found were people asking about PDA phones, which is not what I'm looking for.

I did my fair share of research online about PDA/PPCs but I'm still confused about what would be the best thing to get, because all the features sound great, but if the thing dies every 5 minutes, the badass features don't matter.

So far I've had a Palm Pilot E2 (which was ok, but I want something more high tech) and a sprint PDA phone monstrosity that had a 30 minute battery life.

What I'm looking for now is a PDA/PPC that:
-Has a calender, tasks, all of those great organizational things
-A relatively fast web browser where I can go on aim
-can connect to my laptop
-Can download applications from my laptop
-Has a long battery life

I'm not sure if something like this exists, but I'd be interested to know if any of you have a PDA/PPC that has all or any of these features or if you have a PDA/PPC that you're happy with and recommend.
