Second hand is a fold, he's got you crushed.
First hand I'd suggest 3betting preflop from MP to discourage action from CO and BTN. This helps narrow their range to AQ+ and TT+/JJ+ preflop, especially because button is nitty. As played call and re-evaluate on the turn, BTN could have AK/AQ spades here, what's the aggro factor of the button? Are the stats useable? Most people, even donks, don't flat call with AA-QQ when there are 3 people in the pot preflop. |

Hand 1, fold to flop raise, even though its small. Cold calling preflop is fine against an utg raise from a 22/5.
Hand 2 is a fold, and bet the flop more if you're going to bet. |
