i just dont feel save with 10 buy-ins.
I lost about 10 buy-ins the last 3 days, just because of massive suckouts.
And i also just dont want to go up and down all the time...

I dont know why i have such big swings in my games!

Its just like im 10 buy-ins down one day, 13 up the next day and so on.
Im a winning player and i really beat this level. But i think i have to work a little bit with my tilt prevention.

What do u do against tilt?

I just cant avoid tilting if i get 10 suckouts in a row in a long session to finally loose AA vs. QQ pre-flop all-in (river Q, knew it).
But i managed to stop at this point somehow.
